​​​WHAT IF I WANT TO GO TO SCHOOL IN THE UNITED STATES?

Students must write an SAT exam which is a standardized test for university/college admissions in the US.  For information regarding the SAT and registration, see the following website – www.sat.collegeboard.org.

The website has very useful information, including test preparation and a full practice exam.  These are available at local bookstores too.​

Students interested in playing varsity sports in the US need to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center – www.ncaaeligibilitycenter.org.  Canadian students are considered international students in the US and, therefore, will be paying higher tuition fees.

Please note – Simon Fraser University's sports program in part of the NCAA (Division II) and therefore all prospective SFU student athletes will need to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center and write an SAT exam.  See the SFU website for details.
