2026-2027 Course Change Requests

2026-2027 COURSE CHANGE REQUESTS

Requests for course changes will be in-person only on a first come, first served basis during the week of August 31-September 4.

August 31: New Student requests.

September 1-4: Returning Student requests.

Priority for course change requests will be for those students missing graduation requirements.  Unfortunately, due to classes that are already at maximum capacity, changing electives will be challenging.  

GRADE 12 DIPLOMAS & GRAD COMMENCEMENT PHOTOS

Grad 2026 Diplomas will arrive at KSS at the end of August or beginning of September.  We will update the website once they have arrived.  

Student individual grad photos from Commencement arrived late this year and are now in the main office. For students that missed the final homeroom in June, Final Student Written Learning Updates are also in the main office.

Parents/students may pick up at the KSS main office beginning August 31st.

TRANSCRIPTS

The Official Transcript of Grades is generated by the Ministry of Education and Child Care. Students can access this document by going to the BC Ministry of Education and Child Care website and click on the Student Transcript Service Link. You can use this service to view or order a Student Transcript or to send your Transcript to a post-secondary institution. Please email support at servicebc@gov.bc.ca, or call 1-800-663-7867.
