GRADE 12 DIPLOMAS & GRAD COMMENCEMENT PHOTOS

Grad 2026 Diplomas & student individual commencement photos have arrived. Parents/students may pick up at the KSS main office beginning on August 31 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

STUDENT SCHEDULES

Students may view their schedules on the MyEd Student Portal. Student Schedules will also be published to the MyEd Student Portal by September 3rd. Students: please take a photo of your schedule and note your Homeroom # for the first week of classes.

COURSE CHANGE REQUESTS

Requests for course changes will be in person the week of August 31-September 4. Students will be seen in-person only on a first come, first served basis this week, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. daily. Please note that counsellors will be assisting students throughout the week and will have limited access to email. As a result, emails may not be monitored or responded to promptly during this time. Thank you for your understanding.

August 31: New Student requests only. Incoming Grade 10 students from feeder schools, as well as students that have an ACCEPTED Enrolment Application. If you have an application in-progress, please wait for instruction from our registrar. If your application has been waitlisted, please do not come to the Career Centre. Course Selection is completed after acceptance.

September 1-4: Returning Student requests. Priority for course change requests will be for those students missing graduation requirements.  Unfortunately, due to classes that are already at maximum capacity, changing electives will be challenging.

Attendance is tracked by SD23 in September. Students must attend their scheduled classes on their Student Schedule if they have a request for course change submitted, until they receive confirmation from a counsellor of a course change and have received a new Student Schedule.

BACK TO SCHOOL - SEPTEMBER 8

The first day for students is Tuesday, September 8th. Homeroom will begin at 9:15 a.m. and then students will rotate through a mini-schedule of each block (1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8). Early dismissal is at 12:30 p.m. Buses are running.
