Convocation is on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in the KSS Gym.
There are two ceremonies: the first begins at 10:30 a.m. and the second begins at 2:30 p.m.
Grads are to arrive 45 minutes before the start of their ceremony and proceed to the library.
Parents, please be mindful that these are formal ceremonies, so we ask that you remain in the gym for their duration. If there are any accessibility concerns, please email Natalie Spencer at Natalie.Spencer@sd23.bc.ca
Convocation tickets have been distributed with the grad caps and gowns. There are still many grad caps/gowns/tickets that have not been picked up! Grads, please come to the main office to pick up.
Students must submit the "Convocation Information" google form prior to receiving their cap and gown.
Grads will be called down to the gym on Thursday afternoon (June 18th) to show them the set up and answer any questions they may have.
