CONVOCATION
- Convocation ceremony this year is on June 20th in the school gym. Ceremony 1 starts at 10:30 and ceremony 2 starts at 2:30.
- NEW THIS YEAR - You will have the opportunity to CHOOSE which ceremony you would like to participate in. This way you will be able to see more of your friends cross the stage. A google form will open at 7:30 AM on May 22nd that will allow you to select your chosen ceremony. Please note there is space for 315 students per ceremony. Ceremony selection is on a first come first served basis. Once one ceremony is full, the google form will be closed and anyone who did not make a selection will be automatically assigned to either morning or afternoon (wherever there is room).
- Each graduate will be given 6 tickets for friends/family to attend the ceremony. Tickets will be distributed with caps and gowns
- Cap and gown distribution will happen in the MPR the week of June 1st-5th. To pick up your gown, you must first submit the "Convocation Information" google form that has been assigned to you.
