Final Student Written Learning Updates for 2024-2025 school year were handed out at homeroom on June 26th. Students that missed homeroom may come to the KSS Main Office July 2 - 4 between 8:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. to pick these up.
GRADS: Diplomas are mailed to the school at the end of August. We will update the website when these are ready for pick-up.
PRE-PURCHASED Yearbooks may be picked up at the office during these times as well. If you are unsure if you purchased a yearbook, please check your Item History in School Cash Online.
2025-2026 Student Timetables (Schedules) were handed out at homeroom on June 26th. These may also be picked up at the main office for students that missed homeroom.
Requests for KSS 2025-2026 Timetable (Schedule) Changes are submitted online via Google Form HERE.
There is no guarantee that your request will be accepted as many courses are full, however, we will do our best! We are not able to accommodate Grade 10 elective (10-week) course change requests and any course changes based on teacher preference will not be granted.
Course change requests will be processed as quickly as possible. If your request is granted, you will receive an email.
The deadline to submit the online Timetable Change Request form is August 1, 2025.
