CONVOCATION

Convocation is the cap and gown commencement ceremony. Graduates must pay the $60.00 Grad Fee that covers the expenses for convocation.

Each graduate will be given 6 tickets for friends/family to attend the ceremony. There is no charge for these tickets. Tickets will be distributed with caps and gowns during the week of June 1st-5th

Convocation is on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in the KSS Gym. Due to the size of our graduating class, we will have two ceremonies: the first begins at 10:30 a.m. and the second begins at 2:30 p.m.

This year students have the opportunity to CHOOSE which ceremony to participate in! A google form will open at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, May 22nd that will allow students to select their chosen ceremony. GRADS WILL FIND THE GOOGLE FORM IN THE GRAD GOOGLE CLASSROOM. To avoid duplicate entries and errors, only Grade 12 students will have access to the form.

Please note there is space for 315 students per ceremony. Ceremony selection is on a first come first served basis. Once one ceremony is full, the google form will be closed. Anyone who did not make a selection will be automatically assigned to a ceremony, based on space.

Students will find out which ceremony they will participate in when they pick up their cap and gown and convocation tickets the week of June 1-5.

CAP & GOWN

Grad caps and gowns will be distributed in the MPR the week of June 1st-5th. Students will receive their convocation tickets with their cap and gown.

Students must submit the "Convocation Information" Google Form prior to receiving their cap and gown.

Students are to listen to announcements and check the Grad Google Classroom for updates and instructions!
